There are absolutely no refunds and exchanges because custom wigs are specifically made to for you.

In the rare case that you received a damaged wig we can gladly replace it if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the package but no refunds.

Your customized wig has a lifespan of 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance.

7-10 business days from the time your order has been placed. If your order is placed after 5PM it will processed the next business day. The wait is usually shorterbut this is to be on the safe side!
